Working with Joe and Priscilla to buy our very first home was great. We can be a bit picky in our tastes, but they were patient with us and took us to as many showings as it took to find the one. In the end, the house we bought wasn't even one that we asked to see from the MLS, it was one that they found and chose for us, so they really listened and understood what we were looking for. And when Joe says he works more than 40 hours per week,believe him! Virtually any time of day and he still answers the phone, I'm not sure when he ever sleeps because he's working so hard for you and all his clients (yet he never looks tired! There's gotta be something in his blood...).


Even if you're not sure you're ready to enter the market yet, you should still check them out. Especially for first-timers like us, they sometimes hold home buyer workshops that really help demystify the process, with no pressure or obligations. We went to one and it really kickstarted the whole process for us at a time when we thought a house was still years away, but now 3 months later and we've just closed and are moving in next week!



My husband and I had the best experience with Joe, Tali, Max and the rest of the Elevate team. We started our relationship with them back in June 2014 starting with an inquiry about selling our home and townhouse that we both purchased while single. Joe met us at both homes and went over our options. We focused on getting the house ready first and worked through the summer to get it to where we wanted it to be. Joe and the team were able to get the house on the market August 1 and we sold a few short days later! Next was the townhome. That took a bit to get ready as we had renters, but Joe was very patient with us during our process. We were able to get the house on the market mid October and it also sold a few short days later! Now we were ready to buy a house! This is where the team really showed how patient and willing they were with us. We had a vision for what we wanted with not a lot of wiggle room. Yet Joe and the team got us through the process of searching for the perfect home for us and in November we finally found our home. We closed at the end of December with the help of Joe and his wonderful team!

 I have been working with Joe for about a year now and he has helped me buy many investment properties. I have experience working with other realtors in the past as well.


I have found Joe to be extremely good at what he does. In this business, you need to be extremely agile; Joe is very responsive and is available at all times to meet and see properties, answer questions, complete paperwork, and so on, and he responds to all different communication media - phone, email, text, etc. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and is acutely aware of trends in different cities and neighborhoods, rental rates, etc. - information that only a seasoned realtor can offer. More importantly, I found his knowledge about the valuation methods used by banks and Fannie Mae for distressed properties very useful and it helped us win the properties without leaving money on the table. Finally, Joe's ability to add value to the relationship through his immense network of contractors, bankers, lawyers, accountants, etc. places him in a different plane altogether. I would recommend Joe to anyone without any reservations.
